Honduras was initially known as the largest banana producer in the world. Now coffee becomes their commodity, including Lempira and Pacas varieties which are wet processed.
Honduras coffee has the taste of sweet and fruity fragrance, lively and bright acidity, a velvety body with orange and peach flavors and a lingering finish.
A good honduras coffee usually produce caramel flavor with low acidity flavor, and thus, it will make a really good espresso.
