In Kenya, coffee is grown in the volcanic soil fertile highlands and have good drainage, with 1/3rd of this being under plantation. Kenya coffee farmers follow a particular protocol from seedlings in the nursery, to the farm, milling and grading. Enabling Kenya, to produce consistently good quality coffee.
Kenya coffee offers acidity and strong aroma. In general, it has a fruity note that leans towards berry flavor and acidity of a citrus.
